Event Planning and Reporting for KGNU

KGNU welcomes your event ideas. To avoid any misunderstandings or unfulfilled expectations, please, begin with the completion of the Event Proposal Outline. Fill in all that you can. List your questions if you are not sure of an area. Submit the completed form to the Events Committee at Events at kgnu dot org or in the PBOG/Events Committee box at KGNU and someone will get back to you ASAP. Many events (depending on size and purpose) require anywhere from 1 month to 6 months of lead time, so submit this form well in advance.

Assuming your event takes place, please follow up with the KGNU Events Committee by completing the final Event Accounting Form. You might want to read/print both now so you have an idea of the information about events that is helpful and necessary for KGNU.
