The 10 analog lines from Qwest are plugged into the analog inputs. The office phones are connected to any of the outputs. The system provides for 2 digit dialing to reach any other phone in the office.
MLS-12 phone
The standard phone is capable of picking up any of the 10 analog lines connected to the PBX. It has 6 feature buttons 10 line buttons and a speaker phone.
MLS-12D phone
The enhanced phone is capable of picking up any of the 10 analog lines connected to the PBX. It also has a display to show things like the time, date and caller ID if it is enabled.
Phone system programming
The phone system must be programmed from a MLS-12D display phone plugged into extension 10 or 11. The phone on the receptionists desk can handle the programming. There is a manual on the shelf in engineering with detailed instructions. A programming template may be placed over the phone to see where the important keys are. To program the PBX enter the System Programing menu with the following a sequence of keys.
F,0,0 "F"=Feature button.
system program , system program "twice"
F#101 - To set the date
F#102 - To set the time
F#104 - To set the number of lines, the default number of lines is set to 8.
"Next data increments the number"
Voice mail must be enabled also

Press the button that you want to have feature programmed on. It can't be a line button.
F05 - for redial
F02 - for extend hold Features are programmed individually for each phone.
I'd suggest setting up one phone and copying it to all the other phones. Read the manual in engineering.
Voice mail programming
From the MLS-12D on extension 10 dial intercom 777
enter 0# for the administrator mailbox enter the password 'secret to be added'
